Vice president 

The vice president assists the president in their role. Similarly, they will pose as the face of the club to represent club members. Therefore, the vice president serves the role of speaker for club members to  voice out their opinions, thoughts, and concerns. They have the key responsibility to maintain a positive  club dynamic. In any case, if the president is absent, the vice president automatically takes the role of acting president. 

Key responsibilities: 

• Assists the president in responsibilities (and may take over when the current president is  absent) 

• Voice out opinions of club members 

• Directly works and communicates with the Human Resources Manager (ref)
