PERSONAL BOND
Personal Bond will be returned to students upon completion, withdrawal or termination of your study in the institution, on condition that you have completed the Shorten – Check out Memo application, submission of claim does not exceed 6 months from the date of Shorten – Check out Memo application and there is no violation of any provision of the Immigration laws of Malaysia.
If you received your offer letter in January 2025 or later, you are required to submit a personal bond refund request after shortening your student pass for a Check-Out Memo and upon arrival in your home country. A copy of passport detail page
All copies of student pass
A copy of latest exit stamp
A copy of bank statement (must show name, address and account details)

For students that have completed, withdrew or have been terminated before December 2024, claims are only allowed until 6 July 2025 and claims after the stipulated date will not be entertained. Please submit your refund application via email with the subject: Delayed Personal Bond Claim - Name to upsiemgs@upsi.edu.my together with the claim form that can be downloaded here.
