GUIDELINE TO DOWNLOAD ETIQA+ APP

We are no longer issuing a medical card for hospital admission purposes. Therefore, please download our "all-in-one App" for fast and easy solution at your fingertip. (If you have already downloaded, please ignore this reminder)

FIRST TIME LOG-IN

➡️ STEP 1

- Download the ETIQA+ APP from “Google Play” or “Apple Store”
- Click Sign-Up
- Key In Mobile No. to Request OTP
- Enter OTP and Login

➡️ STEP 2
- Click “Healthcare” to set up a profile
- Enter “VERIFICATION CODE” received via Email

➡️ STEP 3
- Create / Set up Passcode (required every time you access to Healthcare Module)

➡️ STEP 4
- Click “Healthcare” to update policy / certificate no.
- Policy No. : TGWH000125

(Same policy no. for all students)
