REMINDER
1- You must stay outside of Malaysia while applying for eVAL. Once you enter Malaysia without eVAL, your eVAL application is automatically canceled. You must exit Malaysia to reapply the eVAL.
2- Choose a student-type visa when you apply for a Single Entry Visa (SEV) after receiving eVAL.
3- Do not pass the immigration auto-gate at KLIA/KLIA2. Use the manual entry gate to get the Special Pass stamp on your passport. Visit EMGS ISAC (International Student Arrival Center) before passing the immigration gate to get assistance.
After entering Malaysia, you are given maximum 30-days of Special Pass by Immigration at the Malaysia entry point. You must get the Student Pass before the Special Pass expires. Otherwise, you will be charged as an illegal overstay.
4- Immediately perform course registration at Academic Division (for undergraduate) or Institute for Graduate Studies (for postgraduate) in the next working day after arrival. Then, please report to us (IMC) to initiate the Student Pass application.
5- Student Pass approval may take up to 21 business days or more upon the clearance of documents (medical report - may take up to 5 business days to complete, personal bond, health insurance). Any request to accelerate the process due to a confirmed return ticket will not be entertained. Please plan your journey.
