You are welcome during Counter Service Operation Hours.
Wear proper attire during your visit.
Scan the Counter Services Log nearby for record and service queue.
Each student/expatriate must represent himself/herself to manage visa matters.
We may not entertain representatives in the physical absence of the student/expatriate.
To set an appointment, e-mail us at least three business days in advance.
