Student Responsibilities

• Absences & Make-Up Work

If you are absent or miss class, it is your responsibility to get your make-up work and complete it in a timely manner. 1 absence = 1 day to make up your work.

• Organization & Materials

You are responsible for keeping up with your work, science notebook, and materials.

• Group Work Expectations

You must actively contribute within your group to receive credit for group work.

• Academic Honesty

Cheating will result in a grade of 0, and an office referral will be written. 

• Name on All Work

Your name is required on everything you turn in. No name = no grade at first. If you forget to put your name on your paper, check the “No Name” folder, add your name, and resubmit it. A 10-point deduction will be applied to the final grade.

• Titles Required

Every assignment must have a title. No title = 10-point deduction from the final grade.
