All UPHS Juniors and Seniors AND their Guests--Please make sure you have submitted your permission Slip

MUST BE SUBMITTED BY MARCH 17TH

FYI: All PERMISSION SLIPS MUST BE SUBMITTED BEFORE SIGNING UP FOR A TABLE FOR DINNER--NO PERMISSION SLIP NO PICKING A TABLE

Permission Slips have been emailed to all students, are available in the UPHS Office, and are on the Prom 2017 Web Site
