Yes, senior dedications are here! It is time to start considering purchasing space for your GRADUATING SENIOR in the UPHS 2017-18 Yearbook,

The Paw Print. This is a special section of the yearbook honoring our graduating seniors. There is a variety of dedication sizes at varying prices available for our Senior families to purchase. This is an opportunity to celebrate all that your senior has accomplished while at UPHS.

To reserve space in the UPHS 2017-18 Yearbook, please review the attached form. You will need to pick the dedication size you would like for your senior, determine the picture(s) and writing, make out a check to the UPHS PSO for the amount of the dedication size you chose, write on the memo line: Yearbook—Senior Dedication, send in your note, pictures, and make sure all information is returned to Ms. Helen in The UPHS Office or Yokut 9.

All Senior Dedications MUST be submitted by Friday, December 15^th at 4:00pm. If you have any questions, please email Ms. Helen at helenmf@tcoe.org or call 559-901-8485.
