Hello UPHS Senior Families,
All seniors were given (and emailed) a Cal Grant GPA Release form on Monday, September 25th, and asked to return the completed form to Ms. Sarah. About half of the seniors successfully returned the form as of Wednesday, September 27th, while many others forgot the form at home. Please have your seniors complete this form tonight, and if possible scan the document and email to Ms. Sarah at sarahp@uphsconnect.org. Students must bring it to school by THURSDAY. Please encourage your student to turn this important form in ASAP.
The state of California requires all graduating high school seniors to submit this form to their high school, which is then uploaded to the state of California. This is the form used by the state of California to determine who receives grant money for college (This is not loan money).
