The UP Manila Office of International and Local Linkages (OILL) is engaged in the planning, organization, coordination, and implementation of international academic linkages and activities of the various colleges. UP Manila, through OILL, will take a leadership role in the unit to initiate and implement a vigorous internationalization program.
