Office of International and Local Linkages (OILL)

The UPM-OILL is engaged in the planning, organization, coordination, and implementation of international academic linkages and activities of the various colleges. UP Manila, through OILL, will take a leadership role in the unit to initiate and implement a vigorous internationalization program.

Programs/ Services

• University of the Philippines’ Mobility for Vigor and Excellence (MOVE UP)

• Continuous Operational and Outcomes-based Partnership for Excellence in Research and Academic Training Enhancement (COOPERATE)

• Research/creative work presentation in international conferences (travel grant)

• UP System-supported constituent unit hosting of international conferences

• World expert lecture series
