Office of Alumni Relations (OAR)

The OAR is the link of the University to its alumni in order to uphold the alumni's interests, welfare, and needs. It aims to link-up with the alumni by information dissemination; establish a comprehensive and updated alumni database; establish a bureau of alumni as mentors, resource persons, and speakers; identify and expand the benefits of the alumni; institutionalize a mechanism for alumni recognition; and develop programs that will attract alumni participation to the activities of UP Manila in the form of: 1) technical, professional, academic assistance; 2) financial and material donations; 3) scholarship grants; 4) job placements for the new graduates; 5) other support.

Programs/ Services

• Conducts RSA orientation covering all colleges under the RSA program

• Updates alumni database retroactively through: 1) online registration in the alumni website and 2) personal applicants of alumni wanting to be registered

• Updates, maintains, and distributes RSA information materials

• Issuance and processing of alumni ID
