Can someone else attend the course if the water refilling station owner is not available?
Yes. Anyone connected to the Refilling Station may attend the course on behalf of the owner (preferably the operator of the Refilling Station). However, only one attendee is allowed to participate in the course. Changing of participants once the course starts is not allowed. The assigned participant shall attend the course from day 1 to day 10. No proxies are allowed.
Can the owner attend the course if he or she is residing abroad?
The owner can attend the course, provided that he or she completes the course requirements and attends the entirety of the course without attendance deficiencies. It is, however, highly recommended that the owner send a participant operating his or her business here in the Philippines instead. His or her course manual will be delivered to his or her Philippine address. The Organizing Committee will not issue a soft copy of any of the course materials due to intellectual property reasons. It is the responsibility of participants to get a hold of the course materials.
Will the name of the water refilling station be included in the certificate?
If the name of the refilling station is DTI-registered, then it will be included in the certificate. The Organizing Committee will strictly follow the water refilling station name in the DTI registration to avoid future conflicting records.
The refilling station is under a partnership/corporation and does not have a DTI registration. What should I do?
Kindly provide a copy of your SEC registration for our reference.
The refilling station is under a cooperative and does not have a DTI registration. What should I do?
Kindly provide a copy of your CDA registration for our reference.

Please check the specified deadline in the email we sent you. If you tried to register within the deadline, please email us at upm.cph.deoh@up.edu.ph. If you tried to register after the deadline, it means that your reservation has already lapsed. Please reserve another slot through our website.
