What will happen if the attendee passes away?

• If the attendee passes away before or during the course, a new attendee shall be assigned by the owner/operator.

• If the attendee passes away after being issued a certificate, the owner of the refilling station (or his/her heirs if the attendee is the owner) shall seek the advice of their Local Health Office.

Can two or more people attend the course?

• Two or more interested individuals may participate in the course provided that they separately reserve and register their respective slots through our website. Payment for each attendee is separate. No sit-ins are allowed.

I got disconnected because of a poor internet connection, will this affect my attendance?

• No, as long as you are able to return to the meeting room immediately after being disconnected then it will not affect your attendance.

I got disconnected due to emergencies or extreme weather disturbances. Do I still need to submit reports?

• Yes. Please submit your report to clear your attendance deficiencies. 

I am not available on certain days. Can someone else attend on the days that I am not available?

• No. All participants are allowed at most 8 hours of total late/absences/early leaves during the entire course. You only have to submit a report if you have missed a session. You may refer to your manual or to the session recording when writing the report. Changing of attendees or assigning a proxy for certain days is strictly NOT allowed. However, registrants may change attendees ONCE. The new attendee is expected to attend the course from day 1 to day 10.

Where can I send my report/s?

• You may email your report to us at upm.cph.deoh@up.edu.ph. 

My attendance reflects a different name (nickname, first name only, last name only, name of phone, etc.)

• Participants are expected to use their Full Real Name in the Zoom meeting. They are expected to only use the email address they have registered with Zoom in attending the course. Unregistered or unfamiliar attendees will not be admitted to the meeting room. 

The name of the water refilling station is DTI-registered, but I cannot see it in the participant directory? What should I do?

• If you do not find the name of your water refilling station in the participant directory, kindly send us a copy of your DTI registration certificate through email at upm.cph.deoh@up.edu.ph. The Organizing Committee will strictly follow the water refilling station name in the DTI registration to avoid future conflicting records.
