Certification Course for Water Refilling Station and Plant Operators (CCWRSPO)
The Certification Course for Water Refilling Station and Plant Operators is a 40-hour course being offered by the Department of Environmental and Occupational Health, College of Public Health, University of the Philippines Manila, in partnership with the Department of Health. As stated in section 9.5.1 of the Supplemental Implementing Rules and Regulations on Chapter II – Water Supply of Code on Sanitation (PD 856), attendance to the certification course is a requirement for water refilling station (WRS) owners and operators to secure their sanitary permits from their respective Local Health Offices.

No, only the College of Public Health, University of the Philippines Manila is accredited by the Department of Health to offer this course.
How long is this course?
The course runs for ten days (Monday to Friday for two weeks, from 8 AM to 12 PM).
Do you have weekend sessions?
No. The course will be conducted during weekdays only.
How often do you offer this course?
The course is offered once a month (except April and June).
What are the requirements to attend this course?
An active mobile number, an active email address, a reliable internet connection, a Zoom account, and a fully paid course fee are required to attend the course.
Do you offer refresher courses?
No, we do not offer refresher courses. However, participants are welcome to attend the course again if they would like to refresh their knowledge related to the course. Participants who wish to attend the course again will need to settle the course fee again.
