Certification Course for Water Refilling Station and Plant Operators (CCWRSPO)
Does the certificate have an expiration date?
No. The certificate does not have an expiration date as long as the attendee is still connected to the water refilling station. In case the employee or the representative who attended the certification course is no longer connected to the water refilling station, then the owner or another representative needs to attend the course again.
Do I have to renew this certificate?
No. The course does not need to be renewed.
Can the certificate bear the name of the owner instead of the representative who attended the course on their behalf?
No. The certificate will bear the name of the attendee since the training course provides a Certificate of Attendance.
What are the instances that the certificate is no longer valid?
There are two instances, either the attendee left the water refilling station or the water refilling station was sold by the owner who has attended the course.
I lost my certificate (whether physically or through unforeseen circumstances such as floods, fire, earthquakes, etc.), can I get another copy?
No, we only issue certificates once. If you lost your certificate or your certificate perished because of unforeseen events, we can only issue a letter certifying your attendance to the course.
Can I use one certificate for all of our branches?
This depends on your LGU. Please seek advice from your Local Health Office regarding this.
The Water Refilling Station name is not yet DTI-registered, will this affect my certificate?
If the name of the refilling station is not yet registered with DTI, then only the name of the attendee will be reflected on the certificate.
My registration with DTI is still pending, will this affect my certificate?
Only approved DTI-registered names will be included in the certificate. This is to avoid conflicting records in case DTI does not approve your proposed business name.
I was not able to pick up my certificate. What should I do?
Participants will be given 10 days to receive/retrieve the certificates upon arrival to the identified branch of the courier. Unclaimed certificates will be returned to Manila. Participants with unclaimed certificates will have to pay Php 2,500 for the shipment fee back to Manila and then reshipment back to the participant.
