I do not have a BPI bank account. What should I do?

• You can visit any BPI branch near your area and deposit the course fee to our checking account.

There is no BPI branch in my area. What should I do?

• If there is no BPI branch near you or in your area, you can pay via online bank transfer or GCash bank transfer. Please send a screenshot of the ‘successful transfer’ transaction receipt as your proof of payment.

The account name is too long when typed in the GCash Bank Transfer form. What should I do?

• Please use UP CPH Foundation Inc. as the account name instead.

BDO asked for a first name and last name in the bank transfer form. What should I type in?

• Please put the University of the Philippines College of Public Health as the first name and Foundation Inc. as the last name.

Do you accept payments from remittance centers?

• We do not accept payments or transfers from local or international remittance centers such as Palawan Express, Cebuana Lhuillier, M Lhuillier, Western Union, etc. 

What receipts are acceptable as proof of payment?

• BPI deposit slip, a screenshot of a ‘successful transfer’ done through online banking, or emailed receipt from financial institutions (GCash, PayMaya, etc.) are accepted as proof of payment. 

• We do not accept proof of payments reflecting "being processed / in process".

I deposited the course fee to an individual bank account or an unknown person.

• Unfortunately, we cannot do anything about that.

• All payments must be deposited directly to the BPI Account of the University of the Philippines College of Public Health Foundation Inc.

After paying, does it mean that I am fully registered already?

• Not yet. The proof of payment should be uploaded to the registration form to complete the registration process and secure your slot.

I do not wish to attend the course anymore but I already received the manual. Can I request a refund?

• We highly recommend that you transfer your registration to someone else who is interested in attending the course. If it is not possible, you may request a refund. However, please note that the cost of the manual will be deducted from the course fee.
