When can I expect the arrival of my manual?
Participants will receive a course manual 2 to 3 weeks before the course. The first email contains the tracking number of the participants’ course manual. Participants will be given 10 days to receive/retrieve the package upon arrival to the identified branch of the courier. Unclaimed packages will be returned to Manila. Participants with unclaimed packages will have to pay Php 2,500 for the shipment fee back to Manila and then reshipment back to the participant.
I was not able to pick up my manual and it was already returned to Manila. What should I do?
In case your manual has been returned to Manila, please go to the nearest LBC branch in your area, present your ID and tracking number, and request its redelivery by paying the redelivery fee directly to LBC.
If the manual has been picked up by the Organizing Committee already, the participant needs to settle the penalty and redelivery fees of Php 2,500 with the Organizing Committee. The fees shall be deposited in the same bank account provided by the Organizing Committee during registration.
When will I receive my Certificate and Official Receipt (OR)?
You will receive your Certificate and Official Receipt (OR) 3 to 4 weeks after the conclusion of the course.
