UP is launching a Library Amnesty Program in celebration of the University Library Centennial. All University Libraries and College/Unit Libraries in the UP System will be implementing this Program from 18 April to 29 April 2022.

During the amnesty period, UP Libraries will accept returns of overdue books and the overdue fines will be waived, subject to guidelines approved by the OVPAA.. read more

If the book you’re looking for is highly-in-demand, chances are, it’s in the Reserve Section, kept in the shelves behind the counters of the main atrium of the library. You will have to fill out a request slip first, and then leave your ID at the counter if you want to read it inside the room. You can borrow two books at a time.... read more
