Reference Collection

Encyclopedias, yearbooks, dictionaries, and other materials consulted for general info are placed on open shelves beside the Thesis section on the second floor. No need to request them, but these materials are only for room use.

Scholarly work of the college’s faculty and students has a special place in the library (if they’re less than 15 years old – go to the Archives Section of the UP Main Library in Gonzales Hall if they’re older). Theses and dissertations are kept on the shelves behind the same counter as the Periodicals Section. You can freely access them, but you must leave your ID at the counter. These materials are strictly for room use only. Photocopying of theses and dissertations is not allowed.
