Hybrid Sport is a newly founded nonprofit organization, based in Timisoara, Romania. The objectives of Hybrid Sport association started with the ambition of four persons, each with different, but complementary professional activities. Psychology, sport and entrepreneurship are the main sectors that this NGO approaches. Psychology is in everything, everybody needs it and everybody uses it. Is the same with sports. There is not possible to have a healthy life without sports, as the latin proverb is saying: "Mens sana in corpopre sano", so besides approaching mental health, we also wanted to approach physical health with our activities. Entrepreneurship is just as important as the other two sectors, because it teaches people how to have a balanced life, focusing on their targets, but also how to manage their lives, from personal to professional. We name this triangle "The Big 3" ;three different areas that led to what we call Hybrid, because this is what it is, a hybrid system. Sport was the first that we started with, so this is why Sport appears in NGO's name. Through our activities we aim to help people develop better self-esteem, to encourage youths in developing their own business and we fight for the importance of a well-developed mental and physical health, but also social reintegration. We fight for the elimination of bullying as well, in schools, but also among adults. We want to achieve our objectives by organizing intercultural exchanges, youth-oriented initiatives, workshops and seminars that will help the young generation change their mentality, habits and actions, towards a healthy, active and inclusive direction.
2. ENTREPRENEURSHIP AND SOCIAL ECONOMY GROUP , Athens, Greece
EKO, the Entrepreneurship and Social Economy Group, is a non-profit organization seated in Athens, Greece, with an extended network of partners across Europe, the Euro med basin, Africa, Asia and the Middle East. It is the founding member of the Euromed Network of Youth Organizations (Y-NEMO), as well as a founding member of the International Alliance for Peace and Development (IAPD) with members in European and MENA countries. EKO also supports the Observatory to Prevent Extremist Violence (OPEV) as an active member contributing constructively to prevent and combat violent extremism, organizing various events, info days and conferences to raise awareness on this matter. Moreover, EKO is an active member of the network of the Anna Lindh Foundation and is honored to display the logo of the European Year of Cultural Heritage (EYCH) for two implemented Erasmus+ youth mobility projects. In addition EKO has an EVS accreditation for sending and hosting volunteers, as well as coordinating EVS projects. In the new Erasmus+ ESC context, EKO maintains this accreditation for the planning and implementation of ESC projects. Throughout its activities, EKO maintains a special collaboration with Art and Theater Tutors, constantly expands its network of partners and collaborations in Greece and maintains and further develops a youth club with active members and activities. EKO`s primary mission is to contribute to the creation of an inclusive society, free from prejudice and discrimination, which will be in the position to develop and grow sustainable living environment. EKO participates in the Sessions of the United Nations where its members work as presenters, panelists and chairs of several side events on Human Rights Council Sessions
3. ICM Jindrichuv Hradec z.s. , Jindrichuv Hradec , Czech Republic
ICM Jindřichův Hradec z.s. is a nonprofit organization, which was founded in April 2014. The organization is a member of the Association for promoting the development of youth information centres in the Czech Republic. One of the priorities of the ICM Jindřichův Hradec is the participation, preparation and realization of projects in the framework of the European education programme “ERASMUS +”. ICM Jindřichův Hradec is an accredited ESC organization. Also, the organization had experiences with EU projects: V4 projects: Eco-solution to plastic pollution (20192020), Rural heritage as a basis of enterprise (2020-2021), Academy of young business women (2019- 2020) Europe for Citizens: #GetUpStandUp (2018-2019), Counter Euroscepticism With You Vote (2020-2021) ICM is has been participating as partner organization in 86 projects Erasmus+/ KA1, KA2 and KA3, ESC.
4. Tatvan Education Culture Art and Environment Association, Bitlis , Turkey
Tatvan Education Culture Art and Environment Assocation is located in city of Tatvan which has an important socialcultural background in East of Turkey. We are a non-governmental organization consisting of teachers,educators and young people who believe in differences which brings them together. Each one of them has different background and qualities which are complementing each other. We are focusing on improving youth work within our city and developing new experiences for our youngsters. Our main target group is youngsters between 12 - 35 years old and adults. Tatvan Education Culture Art and Environment Assocation works in supporting and promoting the education, culture, adult education and lifelong learning; organizing international cooperation with similar organisations; developing and promoting art in public; stimulating the creative art works through recognition and other forms of motivation; developing international promotion of the National culture and art. Also Tatvan Education Culture Art and Environment Assocation takes part in activation of the youth in the process of integration in Europe, based on the principles of peace, human rights, democracy and the rule of law; promotion of youth activism and education, as well as youth influence on public policies; contribution to the development of civil society in Turkey, as well as the involvement of young people in social events and processes, especially in the decision-making process in local communities etc.

Vlore city a municipality in the southwest of Albania with an estimated population of 140.000 in an area of 647.94 km2. It is the administrative centre of the homonymous municipality seat of the County of Vlore. Geographically, the city is located on the Bay of Vlore within the Ionian and Adriatic seas. Historically, the city is known as one of the oldest cities in the southern of Albania. Culturally and economically, the city is one of the most significant cities of southern Albania, popular for its own traditions and folklore. It is served by the Port of Vlore, Tourism and fishery industry is the biggest activity of Vlore community. Many hotels, restaurants and beaches are situated in a long and beautiful seaside receiving millions of tourists during the hot seasons. University of Vlore plays a key role in regional development and community life. 321 academic staff works ful-ltime in order that the students can find at UV a fully committed faculty and excellent programs that will prepare them to be leaders in the new global economy. We offer a wide variety of programs in social sciences and engineering, business, public health, medical studies, etc. Our academic programs are established under the Bologna Accord. Currently, UV provides three levels of studies. UV provides rigorous educational programs. Many agreements with Municipality of Vlore, Regional Council of Vlora, Prefecture of Vlore, NGO-s, Reginal Directorate of Education, Vlore Chamber of Commerce and Industry, etc, are our permanent partners in the common mission for Vlora city in focus, developing a smart tourism profile into a smart city. Regarding the general situation of young Albanians, according to data published by INSTAT, for 2018, labor force participation is approximately 68.3% while participation of the age group 15-29 is 50.1%. This percentage indicates a low level of youth activation in the labor market and a high unemployment rate among young people. Moreover, finding employment opportunities for Albanian youth is one of the challenges of Albanian society but also an emerging policy task for this age group. The transition from educational institutions to the labor market is one of the major difficulties for young people and one of the causes of youth unemployment.
