Underlined text indicates new language which could mean it is:

• "completely" new OR 

• added as a clarification to memorialize current practice OR

• relocated from another section or LOA. (Example: LOA 1 from the JCBA was added to the TA as "20 Year Passes" to Section 3.U.3)

If something is struck through it could be:

• deleted OR 

• moved to another section. (Example: 35 in 7 language was struck from Section 6 and moved to Section 8 - Reserve Scheduling (8.I.4), since it is unique to Reserves))
