Comment: LOAs explained

As part of negotiations, the Union and management determine which Letters of Agreement (LOA) would be included in the Tentative Agreement. The LOAs were then numbered. When you review the LOAs, you may notice some are renumbered compared to the current CBA. New language is underlined and removed language is struck through. Some LOAs have been incorporated into the text of the relevant section (for example, 20 Year Passes). Others were reached as part of these negotiations and are completely underlined in the Tentative Agreement.
