Write a letter to someone in your life that you are thankful for. Send your letter to that person. Include a picture!
Start a Jar of Gratitude. Each day, fill your jar with notes about what your are thankful for. On days when you need a reminder about all that you have in your life to be grateful for, read through your notes of gratitude!

Show your thankfulness for members of your family by spending a few minutes of your day doing things for others. Spend ten minutes helping your parents by doing something for them that they would appreciate. Spend some time doing an activity with someone that they enjoy.Â
Challenge the members of your family to get involved and spend a few minutes of their day expressing their thankfulness.
