Evaluation of Biofouling Selectivity on Different Coating Formulations

This section presents experiments developed to investigate how different coating formulations influence the settlement, colonization, and development of marine biofouling communities on submerged surfaces. The studies involve the exposure of experimental substrates to seawater environments under controlled field conditions, allowing the comparison of biological colonization patterns on surfaces with different chemical and physical properties.
