What are the differences? Why would 60V DC be on the same scale as 25V AC?
What does it mean when it says AC RMS (Root-Mean-Square)? How do you calculate that value, and why is it measured that way?
What does an electrical relay/contactor look like? Why would it only allow current flow in the open state?

T.9.1.1 High Voltage – HV
Any voltage more than 60 V DC or 25 V AC RMS
T.9.1.2 Low Voltage - LV
Any voltage less than and including 60 V DC or 25 V AC RMS
T.9.1.3 Normally Open
A type of electrical relay or contactor that allows current flow only in the energized state
