All the battery cells or super capacitors that store the electrical energy to be used by the Tractive System
Because this rule allows the use of batteries as well as super capacitors, the term 'Accumulator' is used as a blanket term for what is essentially the battery pack or energy storage device of the vehicle.
In summary, though, the Accumulator is a High Voltage (HV) system which contains all of our energy storage modules (batteries/super-capacitors), the battery management system (BMS), as well as the Motor and Charge Controllers.
You may notice that the orientation of the Accumulator schematic is different between its dedicated sheet in the Electrical Systems form (ESF), and the master schematic. Additionally, a few of the elements (namely Orion BMS, Blender IMD, and the Precharge Control Module) are simplified to only the relevant connections within the Accumulator Schematic.
