Without bees, we wouldn’t have food or flowers. We’re losing them at a high rate and they get such a bad rap. Some people just swat the bees and they don't think about the goodness that bees can bring, too.
I found this on a trip to Nerstrand State Park. I love to be out in nature and I love going to state parks. I usually don’t go too often though because my life gets busy. I like thinking about goals for mental health, food, and exercise as pathways. There are so many different pathways to health, similar to the different rings in this fungi. Everybody’s path is different. Nobody’s is the same. You can pick where to start and then can change to a different approach.

This is from my recent camping trip. Outdoor cooking is fun but the fire can get too hot and create uneven cooking times
Going to Minnehaha Falls is a place to relax and destress. It’s a healthy place for mental health because of all of its distractions, like the waterfall, the greenery, and its walking and biking paths. Plus, it’s affordable!
I ride my Schwinn every chance I get, just go out, get a breath of fresh air, and sometimes I usually go to the store and back.
I pay a lot of attention to trees. I've been able to actually stand INSIDE a living tree. I've also been able to lay in and amongst the roots of a living tree. So when I see an open cavern like in this photo, I get really intrigued. You can't see what's inside. So, metaphor-wise, when you set goals and intentions, you don't know where the path is going to take you—you just don't know. You simply go step by step.

I was at a campground at Lebanon Hills, and it was really peaceful and rejuvenating to be outside. I live in the city but there are still places to forage, hike, and be in nature. My dog had fun camping, too!
