Music has been one of the most prominent things in my childhood. It’s been very productive in my mental health and wellbeing. It's my medium, it's how I can cope and fight.
Coloring can help be a distraction from stress. It’s my go-to thing if I need to get out of my head.
Coloring helps me keep myself busy and for my mental health. I wrote a caption for this picture that says, “This is the picture I colored knowing fruits and vegetables are healthy to eat and will improve my life as I'm aging.” While I don’t eat fruits and vegetables everyday, they do help me feel healthier and more positive,
That’s me with my guitar. I feel at peace when I play my guitar. When I play it, it’s like my mind is gone and I love learning new songs!
This is where I work on the podcast and the music for it. Being creative makes me feel better about myself and I get to do something that's from me every day and be a maker instead of just consuming. When I’m working on music, my head's down and I’m just listening and everything else is gone.
