The Bias Response & Referral Network (BRRN) receives reports of bias incidents on the Twin Cities campus. It responds to all reporters with written information about supportive resources and refers reports to the appropriate office that can effectively respond through investigation, educational coaching, supportive measures, or other response strategies. The BRRN does not conduct investigations or take disciplinary action.
Incident reports can also be sent to endbias@umn.edu.
The Disability Resource Center (DRC) explores accommodations on an individualized basis using an interactive process.
If, after working with the DRC, a student believes that they have not received timely disability-related reasonable accommodations, the student may follow the steps outlined in the Accommodation Complaint Process. The purpose of this process is to explore solutions and engage in timely resolution of accommodation concerns.
To report sexual misconduct, discrimination, or related retaliation, please complete this form. The form will be sent to the Equal Opportunity & Title IX Office. If you would prefer to speak directly with an EOT Associate, or have any questions, please contact Equal Opportunity & Title IX at eot@umn.edu or (612)-624-9547.
The Office of Institutional Compliance (OIC) supports the University and its members to consistently comply with all laws, rules, regulations, and related University policies that govern the University and to enhance cultural awareness of the importance of compliance and related integrity to the University’s mission.
