The Center for Health Interprofessional Programs (CHIP) offers health professions students unique and innovative opportunities that help them connect, collaborate, network, and develop. CHIP is an internationally recognized center that provides structure, support, and inspiration for co-curricular programmatic initiatives that enhance the aims of interprofessional education. All health professional students at the University of Minnesota are part of CHIP!

CHIP provides countless opportunities to get involved interprofessionally - whether it is involvement or leadership in student organizations, attending or presenting at the student leadership conference, or connecting with other health professional students in our interprofessional spaces - CHIP will help enhance your co-curricular interprofessional experience. BeWELL is a multifaceted, co-curricular, and interprofessional wellbeing initiative that provides health professional students with programming, activities, and physical spaces to nurture connection and belonging on an individual and community level. Programming incorporates community engagement, leadership development, equity and diversity, and community building. From our Interprofessional Student Garden, to the BIPOC Health Professional Collective, to our webinars and other activities, there are plenty of ways to nurture your wellbeing through BeWELL!
