Dear CISC Community Members,
Congratulations to our graduating class of 2024! We want to dedicate this last newsletter to our international students, who have achieved this significant milestone.
Being farther away from home, completing your degree at the University of Minnesota, and exploring life in new cultures are all grand feats in conjunction with your academic achievements!
We, as the CEHD International Student Community, are glad to see you achieve such fantastic milestones and we wish you amazing next steps in your journeys!

Can’t believe that it’s the end of Spring 2024 😲 It’s a stressful time for many of us, and I wish you all the best! As the Co-President of CISC, I appreciate all of your support to CISC, and I hope you enjoy all the events that we hold this year! Being a part of CISC is one of the best memories of my college life. Everyone I have met here is my best supporter, which makes me find my community at the UMN! Sadly, I will graduate this semester and need to leave the CISC board. (Congratulations to all of those who will graduate this semester 👩🎓🧑🎓👨🎓 You did it!) However, we still have many amazing board members who will keep staying and expanding the community, so please stay tuned for more information! As always, CISC is here, so feel free to reach out to us if you need any support, and we love to hear from you!

CEHD International Student Graduation Party
Wednesday, May 8th, 10 AM, @ Lindahl Founders Room, Northrop
Join us for our CEHD International Student Graduation Party!
All CEHD international students are invited to celebrate graduating peers together! Advisors, family members, partners, and special guests of graduating CEHD international students are welcome! CEHD is excited to meet you and congratulate you on this special accomplishment.
Light refreshments will be provided at the event.
CEHD Commencement Ceremony
Friday, May 10th, 2024
The 2024 CEHD commencement ceremonies will be held Friday, May 10, 2024. The undergraduate ceremony will begin at 10 a.m., and the graduate ceremony will begin at 4 p.m.

CISC BiMonthly Newsletter!
CISC Newsletters was created to bridge resources and information around the University of Minnesota with the International Students within the College of Education and Human Development. Our first Newsletter was sent out on Saturday, November 19th, 2022, and we have been actively sharing and contributing information across the community ever since.
Stay tuned for our Newsletter every 1st and 3rd Monday of every month.
