Adding closed captions /subtitles to an MP4 video created in Zoom
While the “live transcript” feature of Zoom displays subtitles, they will not show up on a video. Captions need to be added after you create the Zoom video (add them to the finished MP4 product).
If you are uploading a video to a conference via their platform, captions will need to be added by the conference organizers/ software platform.
