This is a short piece to meditate to. As you listen, close your eyes and focus on your breathing. Be aware of the way your body feels or reacts to the piece. If you have difficulty paying attention to your body as you meditate, focus on listening to the piece. When the piece is finished, slowly open your eyes and come back into the world.

Relax and remember that this has been a tough year. Take at least 15 minutes of your day to do something you enjoy. Know that when you help yourself, you become better at helping others.
