Key Collaborators
The mission of Consorzio FA is to provide assistance, social services, and educational programming to individuals and families in need by offering housing for children in foster care, autonomy training services for adults with disabilities, job skills training, and homes for single parent families and recent immigrants.
They do this through a supportive community that works collectively to share each others’ fragilities and strengths as they work toward goals of independence and well-being.
Both Villaggio Solidale and Corte dei Massari were established by Consorzio Fa
It is a Corte Solidale, a modern, inclusive and innovative version of the traditional “cascina a corte” model, typical of the Po Valley where several families were actively integrated into a rural nucleus
A “ Social Incubator ” that aims to build a community for minors, single-parent families and disabled people in which families, volunteers and operators offer support and hospitality to those who find themselves in situations of fragility and loneliness.
