Help at a major community event
Volunteer with you local Service Club in your community. There are more clubs than shown!
More Volunteer ideas:
Look on the bulletin board at school outside of the office
Help at a senior citizens home... play checkers or read to an elderly person
Assist at non-profit organizations such as agriculture society, community garden, curling club, lawn bowling
Help with annual events such as: hospital gala, cancer walks, guide dog fundraiser walks, parades, duck race, earth day clean-ups
Help neighbours-in-need with snow shovelling, raking leaves, chores/errands
Volunteer with sports teams/clubs to help coach kids, time keep, etc.
