Physical Education (PPL1O)
Grade 9 Physical Education Course:
PPL10X ( Female), PPL10Y (Male)
Students will Have Fun participating in:
a variety of games (siloball, 9 lives dodgeball,pickleball...),
traditional sports (inside - badminton, vball, bball..and outside - soccer, football, fieldhockey, rugby, ultimate…)
fitness activities (weight training, yoga…)
different health topics.
Phys. Ed. Facilities include: 2 gyms, weight Room, cardio/ fitness mezzanine, 3 beach volleyball courts, 2 grass fields - game field and a practice field, tennis courts/outdoor basketball courts, rock climbing weeks
