Required Student Onboarding
Please advise:
The onboarding process for the VA can take some time. Once you have received notice of your clinical assignment make sure you begin working on it sooner than later, or your start date my be delayed.
The Clinical Coordination Team will complete Step 1 in the Onboarding instructions below (send TCQVL letter). Your VA onboarding coordinator will be Florence Tima. Once she has received student's names from our Clinical Coordination Team she will be send an email from MVI.System@va.gov for you to complete your profile creation. Once your profile is complete and you have completed the mandatory training, she will get you into the system to schedule your fingerprinting.
FAILURE TO COMPLY WITH REQUIRED ONBOARDING DUE DATES WILL RESULT IN THE FOLLOWING:
Students will not be permitted to enter clinical site, nor participate in clinical until requirements are met
Possible removal from course
