Upcoming Requirements:

Place your Castle Branch Order (ALL CODES LISTED MUST BE ORDERED, ORDERS MUST BE PLACED BY: MAY 17, 2024)
Begin completing all requirements: (ALL REQUIREMENTS MUST BE COMPLETED PRIOR TO THE START OF YOUR SOPHOMORE YEAR AUGUST 27, 2024 OR YOU WILL NOT BE PERMITTED TO ATTEND CLASSES IN FALL 2024)
You will need to complete a drug screen through Castle Branch (Due Dates & Instructions will be provided by the Clinical Coordination Team)

Last update: March 7, 2024

People aged 5-64 years are up to date when you have 1 updated Covid-19 vaccine (2023-2024 vaccines include: Pfizer-BioNTech, Moderna or Novavax)
People aged 12 years and older who previously received Covid-19 vaccine(s) before September 12, 2023 should get 1 updated Covid-19 vaccine to be considered up to date ((2023-2024 vaccines include: Pfizer-BioNTech, Moderna or Novavax)
