Bayhealth recently updated their requirements for Hep B, Varicella & MMR vaccines noting that both vaccines and titers shoud be within the ten- year mark. Per their student coordinator, if a student does not have the vaccines or titers within the last ten years, they are able to submit a declination. The only vaccine required within the ten-year mark is the Tdap (which is also a SON requirement.)
For the MMR, Varicella, and Hep B, there is a link to a declination form within the steps on Clinician Nexus. For example, with Hep B, you'll fill it out and choose "I have previously received the complete Hepatitis B vaccination series (verification required)." To avoid being rejected multiple times, we would recommend uploading the filled out declination form along with your proof of vaccination.
