Wild Card Exercising

Lesson Goals:

  • To review and engage in different types of exercise: strength, flexibility, and cardio/aerobic activity.

  • Building confidence in various exercise types.

Lesson Materials:

  • A deck of cards, and/or presentation below

How to Use:

  • Display chart below to students

  • Demonstrate exercises if needed

  • Draw a card at random from a standard deck of cards, (jokers may be included)

  • Have participants complete the exercise indicated on the chart
