This can be used in virtual classes in real-time if students may access their kitchen during class time.

This can be used in live and hybrid classroom settings by sharing presentation with students, then asking students to go home and take pictures of the food group items from the scavenger hunt, OR students may bring food items to class depending on circumstance.
