Fitness Wheels

Lesson Goal:

  • To review and engage in different types of exercise: strength, flexibility, and cardio/aerobic activity.

  • Participants will build confidence in various exercise types

Lesson Materials:

  • Wheels below

  • Participants will need space around them to complete exercises

How to use:

  1. Demo each of the exercises included on the wheel

  2. Spin the Numbered Wheel to determine how many of each exercise the class will do (reps)

  3. Spin the Fitness Wheel to determine the type of exercise the class will do

  4. Have class do exercise selected, continue to spin until each exercise has been completed at least once

  5. Reflection questions available to ask students below!
