A Benet Dashboard presents specific data for a selection of Survivor cases to allow the viewer to readily see what is important. A Dashboard for the RASC Manager would include all campuses, all analysts, and all current Survivors. A Dashboard for a RASC analyst would select cases of that analyst. CUCEA would view only Emeriti, CUCRA only Retirees, the Faculty Welfare Committee would probably view primarily Faculty. The UCSC Retiree Emeriti Center would view only UCSC cases of Retirees and Emeriti. Campus Benefits would be interested in all cases for that campus.
A Benet Dashboard is a passive Google Spreadsheet shared with the viewer(s). The viewer has access to the displayed information, but no other information. Benet pushes information to the Dashboard hourly. The Dashboard also can give access to the Report Death form and for each Survivor client, a pre-filled in Survivor Update form. Each Dashboard is configured separately as to its contents, arrangement, access rights, and update frequency (hourly, every n-hours, daily, etc.)
