Reading

In addition to the above, read:

Chapter 4 up to page 112, and pages 156 to 162.
Chapter 5 (read it all even though we have done only part of it in class).

If you want to read ahead, I suggest you go on and read Chapter 6. We will be doing things differently, but reading the chapter in advance will still help.
