The Mandt System
What is The Mandt System®?
The Mandt System is a relationally based, trauma-informed training program designed to reduce crisis situations. Grounded in the philosophy of "Putting People First" and "Supporting People, Not Just Their Behaviors," Mandt focuses on building healthy relationships to foster emotional, psychological, and physical safety. The ultimate goal of Mandt is to equip staff with the self-regulation and de-escalation skills needed so that everyone can truly say:
"In this place, and with these people, I feel safe."
