During this final step of the research procees I learned many things about conducting and writing about research which I can use in the future as well. I learned how to take survey data from different types of questions (i.e. demographic, likert-scale, open ended) that are relevant to my research topic and use that information to analyze my research questions. I learned different methods to alalyze the data as well such as quantitatively, qualitatively, and by using case studies. I also learned how to properly stucture a research paper of this type so that the conversation flows well from the introduction all the way to the conclusion.

One of the main challenges I faced was trying to use the data from my surveys when many of the respondendts put a neutral answer, so it was hard draw meaningful conclusions when this happened. Another challenge was making sure that I was using the most important data from my survey, because it was hard to chose which results to include in my findings. Overall, I am proud of what I have accomlished during this research project and I hope that this article can have a posotive impact on GE requirements at universities.
