If you are ill:
Notify the Cardiology Program Coordinator (mecardjr@ualberta.ca) and the attending physician and Cardiology senior resident (if applicable) for your current service. Contact information for attendings and seniors is available on the Schedules page in the Preceptor Schedules sections.
Stay home or go home and enter self-isolation.
Complete the online AHS Respiratory Illness Assessment.
If the results of the self-assessment indicate you should take a COVID-19 test, do so and follow all instructions provided by AHS and Workplace Health and Safety (WHS).

Stay home until your symptoms resolve or you receive a negative COVID-19 test result, whichever takes longer. More information is available here.

Maintain communication with the Cardiology Program Coordinator (mecardjr@ualberta.ca) during your leave and notify the Program Coordinator when you are able to return to service.
