Learning Assessment Centre
The Learning Assessment Centre, located at 3-106 Education North, is a digital testing center that provides secure exam services that are convenient for students, as well as efficient for instructors. They offer secure, proctored exams in a flexible format.
Please note:
The LAC is a paid service and will require prior approval from the Dean’s office (see below).
Block bookings will no longer be available (only flexible delivery will be offered).
The LAC is restricted to:
required courses
classes with an enrollment of 40 or more students
two exams per instructor per term
If you would like to use the LAC for your course assessments, you must receive prior approval through the Dean’s office. In order to request to use the LAC, please complete this form here. Please ensure to read all of the terms of use within the form before submitting your request.
Requests for the Winter 2024 semester are due by January 12, 2024.
Need help getting your exam on eClass? Tech in Ed will be offering a digitization service. This includes uploading your assessment to your course in an eClass compatible format. Instructors will be responsible for adding all exam-specific settings (assistance with this is available). To request your exams to be digitized, please click here. Ensure to submit exams a minimum of 10 business days prior to your exam date.
