Program Completion Letters are provided to students, upon request, once they have met the requirements of their Bachelor of Science in Nursing program however they have not yet convocated (received their degree parchment). Some employers may ask for this letter to verify that their new hire has met the requirements of their degree and are expected to convocate soon.
To submit a request for this letter, students must login to the Student Service Portal and select the "Student Service Catalog" option.
You will now see a list of requests available in the system across multiple departments and Faculties. Scroll to the bottom of the page to the Nursing category.
Select the option titled "Nursing Program Completion Letter"
Once selected, you will be prompted to provide the following information:
Your full name
The program you have completed (select from the options provided)
The campus you attended (select from the options provided)
Your program completion date -- please provide the month/year that you have met the requirements of your degree
For example, Collaborative/Bilingual students typically meet their degree requirements in April and convocate in June. After Degree students typically meet their degree requirements in August and convocate in November.
Once you have submitted, your request will have been processed and a member of the team will share a copy of your letter with you. Please note that we tend to receive a high volume of these requests at one time, so it make take additional time for us to process the letters.
