Lockers are available for students in the Bachelor of Science in Nursing programs on L1, Level 1, and Level 2 of ECHA, on a first come, first serve basis. We cannot accommodate requests for lockers on specific floors.
Each locker is equipped with a high security lock, the combination of which will be provided to you at the time of your rental. No personal locks are permitted in ECHA. The Faculty of Nursing reserves the right to remove any personal locks found on lockers rented out.
In order for students to receive their locker, they must complete the following steps:
Complete the Locker Request Form in the Student Service Portal (instructions below)
Submit the non-refundable payment for the locker.
Collaborative/Bilingual Program -- Four Year Rental:
There is a $60 non-refundable fee for lockers for students in the four year BScN Collab/Bilingual Program. Payment for the Collab/Bilingual locker can be made here.
After Degree Students -- Two Year Rental:
There is a $30 non-refundable fee for lockers for students in the two year BScN AD program. Payment for the After Degree locker can be made here.
The locker purchased will be the student’s for the length of their degree. Please note that students who do not complete the program within the designated amount of years may be subject to additional fees. Any damage or vandalism to the lockers will not be tolerated, and the student in possession of the locker will be subject to additional fees as required. Lockers will not be issued to students unless both the request form and payment have been received.
To submit a request for a locker, students must login to the Student Service Portal and select the "Student Service Catalog" option.
You will now see a list of requests available in the system across multiple departments and Faculties. Scroll to the bottom of the page to the Nursing category.
Select the option titled "Nursing Locker Signup Form"
Fill out the information as requested, and indicate your preference for an upper or lower locker. This preference will be noted based on availability and is NOT indicative of the floor the locker is on, but rather if the locker is the top or bottom of the stack of two.
Once we have received both the locker request form and the payment, a locker will be issued to you. You will then receive an email with the locker number and combination. Please note that we typically receive a high volume of locker requests at once, so it may take us some time to sort through them all and issue them to you.
